Dr. Zach Zugschwerdt, DC

As a sports chiropractor, Dr. Z specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries by integrating joint manipulation/mobilization, soft-tissue therapy, functional rehabilitation, and strength training into his treatment plan. He implements a variety of treatment techniques that many professional athletes use today, some of which include Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Functional Movement Screens, and Kinesio taping. He's gained experience treating everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors at events all across the country. He has made it his priority to educate his patients on their condition and give them the tools they need to actively participate in their own recovery. Dr. Z understands that this treatment approach, in combination with the latest research, will allow his patients to return to their pre-injury state in an accelerated time and help prevent them from experiencing a future relapse. When not in the office, Dr. Z enjoys spending his time hiking, snowboarding, playing basketball, fly fishing, and golf.
